Another Anti-dumping Duties on Stainless Steel Welded Pipes From China
On 12th February of 2021, Eurasian Economic Commission(EEC) revealed its latest publication, announcing that the commission will impose five-year anti-dumping duties on Chinese stainless steel welded pipes, including 14.62% rates for Foshan Vinmay Stainless Steel Co., Ltd, and 17.28% rates for Guangdong Sumwin New Material Group Co., Ltd as well as other stainless steel manufacturers.
The concerned tax numbers EEC are 7306402009, 7306 408001, 7306408008 and 7306611009. The imposition will come into effective in 30 days after the publication.
On 24th December of 2019, Eurasian Economic Commission started the investigation on Chinese stainless steel pipes. And this case was firstly revealed on 6th November of 2020.
